Diablo 3 release delayed

I was really sad to hear the news on Joystiq that the release for Diablo 3 probably won’t be in 2010, and “who knows” when it will be released. Some people thought that Diablo 3 would be released before starcraft 2 (which I really never saw happening), and Rob Pardo from Blizzard thinks its bs.

Since Starcraft 2 was also moved to a 2010 release, they can’t see the possibility that it would be released before that. Blizzard explainst:

“Now when we announce [a game] we just go, ‘Here’s the game we’re working on, we’re going to start talking about it and who knows when it ships.’”

Well I don’t mind if they release it later, as long as they release a game worth waiting for – which is what Blizzard is known to do
